Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tutoring and academic services offered by Xocratic (“we”, “our”, “us”). By enrolling in our programs, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

We provide live tutoring, mentorship, diagnostic assessments, assignments, and mock tests for exams including SAT, ACT, AP, IB, IGCSE, and Middle School Math/Science.

2. Scheduling & Attendance

• All sessions are pre-scheduled and require 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation.
• Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.
• Diagnostic test windows may have time limits; please complete them within the assigned slot.

3. Payment & Refunds

• Full payment is required in advance to confirm enrollment in any course or support plan.
• No refunds will be issued after the start of services unless there is a service failure on our end.
• Session extensions may be granted in exceptional cases at the discretion of Xocratic.

4. Student Conduct

• Students are expected to be respectful, punctual, and engaged during sessions.
• Plagiarism or dishonesty in assignments/tests will lead to session review and potential suspension.

5. Disclaimer

While we strive for outstanding results, we do not guarantee specific test scores or admissions outcomes. Student progress depends on effort, consistency, and test readiness.

6. Intellectual Property

All study materials, slides, and mock tests shared by Xocratic are proprietary and may not be redistributed or copied without permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes.
